Our observance of Lent begins with preparation on Tuesday, February 17, with a Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) celebration. Plan to join in the pancake supper and festivities. There will be a hat contest, wear something outrageous, this is considered appropriate, Pastor Russ chose his hat almost one year ago!!! He likes to plan ahead. J The ever popular pancake races will also be a part of the evening. We begin at 5:30 p.m.
On Wednesday, February 18 at 7:00 p.m. a Worship Service including an opportunity to receive ashes (should you wish to have them administered) will be held here at the Campton Congregational Church.
The remainder of the Wednesdays in Lent will consist of roundtable discussions centering on the Miracles of Jesus.  Speakers include local clergy.  Join us as we continue to grow together in our Christian Faith.

Please plan to be with us for a week of fun and adventure! We will learn
about God and His love for us as we travel through a week filled with God's
amazing animals.  There will be plenty of time for Bible Verse, Bible Story,
moments in Mission and God sightings; all mixed in with prayer, fun snacks,
games, and a field trip and yes, some very strange and wonderful animals!!
Our most important lesson is that Jesus is our precious Lord.

Each day begins with a gathering time from 8:45 until 9:00.  We will embark
on our sessions which include craft, story, games and much more at 9:00 and
will end promptly at 11:30.  All this will go on all week except for our
field trip.  On Wednesday we are planning a trip to the Holderness Natural

mid-afternoon.  Please register early, by calling the church (536-2536) and
